  1. COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

This Privacy Policy defines the processing by the Company of personal data that you, as a user (the “User” or “You”) of the www.thewum.com website (the “Website”), are freely and knowingly providing for the purpose of registering and purchasing products offered by WUM on the Website through the registration form.

  1. PURPOSES AND LEGITIMACY TO CARRY OUT THE PROCESSING

The User’s personal data collected through the registration form on the Website are collected by WUM for the purpose of securely processing orders and tracking product shipments. The personal data are necessary for the execution of the contract for the sale of products between you and WUM.

WUM will only collect personal data that is necessary to achieve the purpose expressed in the previous paragraph and that you freely, knowingly and unequivocally consent to by accepting this Privacy Policy.

In this sense, and in accordance with the RGPD, it is your consent that legitimizes the processing of your personal data for each specific case.

  1. VERACITY OF DATA

The User guarantees that the personal data provided are true and is responsible for notifying WUM of any changes to them. The User shall be responsible for the truthfulness of the personal data provided, exempting the Company from any liability as it is unable to achieve the agreed purpose.

  1. DATA PRESERVATION

The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.

In the case of the personal data you provide us with by sending your curriculum vitae, they will be kept for one year, from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you indicate otherwise.

  1. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company informs the User that his or her personal data will be communicated to the suppliers of the products that the User purchases, as well as to the logistics service companies for the correct delivery of the products acquired by the User on the Website, and may also be communicated when required by a legal provision.

  1. USER RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THEIR DATA

The User has the right to (i) access his/her Personal Data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data or, where appropriate, (iii) request their deletion, (iv) request the limitation of the processing of his/her Personal Data, and (v) oppose the processing of his/her Personal Data.

The protection of privacy and your personal data is very important to WUM. For this reason, the Company maintains personal data protection security levels in accordance with applicable regulations and has established all the technical means available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided by the User through the Website.

Likewise, WUM and its professionals undertake to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with regard to personal data in accordance with the RGPD.
