Returning a product means twice as much packaging, more emissions when you return it and a
long list of negative aspects that are far from our purpose of efficiency and sustainability.

WUM will proceed to make the refund by the same means of payment for which the purchase
was made, deducting only the shipping costs of the order initially paid, as these are necessary
to make the product arrive back.
WUM is committed to ensuring that the products purchased through its website are delivered in perfect condition and in accordance with the quality standards offered and the characteristics and materials described for each product. However, in the event that the Customer receives a product that it considers to be defective, it shall notify WUM by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to contact the company, referring to the following information regarding the product: a) Reasonably detailed explanation of the defects or damage to the product. b) Number of the delivery note and other information on the order that may be reasonably useful. So that WUM can check the state of the product, the Customer shall send it within a period of no more than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product. If WUM confirms that the product is defective, it shall repair or replace the product, as appropriate, at the expense of WUM for return and reshipment. The Customer shall return the purchase to the brand or manufacturer, using the same address from which the product came. In the event that the product is not defective, WUM shall deduct the full cost of the claim from the refund if applicable.

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you have not yet received the requested refund, please follow the steps below: Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. Check your bank account and contact your bank. Refunds usually take a few days to process from the time they are made. Once you have done this, if you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
CHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the delivery address.
SHIPPING: To return your product, you must send your product to the delivery address, where the product was sent. WUM will pay the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend the use of registered or “trackable” mail for returns over £80. We cannot guarantee the reception of the products.
